We provide cost-effective Safety report service to maintain your pallet racking systems within the statutory safety requirements for you. PREVENTION IS THE KEY ELEMENT .
Our experience most warehouses have multiple brands of racking across their logistics; some of the user event don't know their rack belong to which brands. we will audit, service, repair and comply any brand .
You will receive a full written report detailing the damage and the location of that damage and the actions required to restore the racking back to a safe working standard, also provide a quote to supply all materials and labour for the repairs as detailed in the audit report.
With an inspection activity, racking will be categorised into three risks colour , green, orange and red.
Green – areas where damage is sufficiently low to allow the continued use of the racking with no further action.
Orange – areas where the damage is sufficiently severe and warrants remedial work, but not enough to warrant the immediate unloading of the rack. Once the rack is unloaded however, it should not be reloaded until repairs have been carried out.
Red – areas where a high level of damage is identified, exceed the indicated industry standard, which warrants an area of racking being immediately offloaded and isolated from future use until repair work is carried out.
How we do inspection :
